《寻找满月》，又名《星河满月》，日文原名《Fullmoonをさがして》，是日本漫画家种村有菜原作的少女漫画作品，最初连载于集英社漫画月刊《RIBON》2002年1月号至2004年6月号，共30话（番外篇另计），并发行了7册单行本。香港中文版由天下出版社发行，定名《星河满月》。台湾中文版初由大然文化发行，定名《满月美眉》；大然结业后，改由尖端出版发行，改名《寻找满月》。

满月的主诊医生，以前是ROUTE:L的键盘手,和满月的爸爸是关系亲密的队友(乐队)他在动画中是Fullmoon第二张单曲唱片的制作人。

本作品的主角，故事开始时11岁。为了实现小时候和自己青梅竹马，英知的约定，满月即使冒着生命的危险也不接受可能损坏声带的手术，立志成为歌手。后在达克托的帮助下，满月能变成16岁，而且以艺名“Fullmoon”（台译：芙璐梦）当歌手，工作完毕后便变回11岁。一般人是看不见死神的，可是满月却能看到。漫画版满月是因为英知的缘故而能看到死神，动画版是因为疾病的痛苦所致，先是喜欢英知，后来拓人告了白，才发现了自己真正的爱上了拓人。
