（3）温度。室内最好能使用空调机和加湿器，以使空气的温度与湿度保持在适宜的水平上。温度在20 ℃ ，相对湿度在40 % ～60 % 之间是最合适的。一般的情况下，也至少要保证空气的清新和流通。
（4）色彩。室内的家具、门窗、墙壁的色彩要力求和谐一致，陈设安装应实用美观，留有较大的空间，以利于人的活动。
（5）装饰。用于谈判活动的场所应力显洁净、典雅、庄重、大方。宽大整洁的桌子、简单舒适的座椅（沙发） ，墙上可挂几幅风格协调的书画，室内也可装饰适当工艺品、花卉、标志物，但不宜过多过杂，以求简洁实用。
