我們先來回憶一下上篇文章最後那幾張被「和諧」的圖片。
不過這種電影展映除官方邀請以外，片方也可以通過申請獲得戛納官方邀請函，像是前一陣想要帶著自己作品「逐夢戛納」的畢志飛導演便是通過第三種方式申請參與戛納電影節的。
國內這些年對於戛納電影節的關注點，逐漸從入圍作品轉移到了紅毯上的花邊新聞，比起某某某紅毯穿了什麼衣服、誰誰誰紅毯走了多長時間這類有關戛納紅毯的消息登上熱搜，又有多少人知道今年唯一一部入圍主競賽單元影片的中國電影《江湖兒女 》，又有多少人知道帶著入圍作品前來的趙濤、廖凡才是這場電影節的頭等貴客。

北京時間10月6日，第21屆釜山國際電影節悄然舉行了開幕式。當天不似往年風光，因受韓國九大電影組織的聯合抵制，導致本屆電影節跌破水準，開幕式上紅毯星光寥寥無幾，只有韓孝周、珉豪等少數本土明星撐場，而以往熱衷去釜山影展的中國片方和影人也難覓蹤影。
情況是這樣的：前年，釜山市希望電影節組委會能夠取消紀錄片《潛水鍾》的上映，卻遭到了電影節組委會的拒絕。
今年3月底，在釜山電影節定期總會上，電影節執行委員長李庸觀大舉任命68名擁有總會投票權的新委員，進一步招致釜山市政（）府的不滿，並導致釜山市政（）府本月11日提出訴訟，要求暫停這68名委員的委員資格。
4月，釜山地方法院通過了釜山市針對釜山國際電影節執行委員會提出的訴訟，暫停了本屆釜山國際電影節咨詢委員會新當選的68名委員的委員資格。對此韓國電影人團體表示不滿，稱政府不應干涉電影節，並以拒絕參加今年釜山電影節的方式抗議。
