泛洋機構總裁汪先生為躲避廉政公署的調查，不僅殺死證人，而且派人到日本竊取有關文件。事成後行竊者"古惑成"以此勒索，汪只得派秘書韓冰雪攜巨款前往交易，暗中派人於取到文件後將兩人一同殺掉。韓依約前往，發覺有人跟蹤，懇請日本華僑王志南幫助。"古惑成"來見韓，限汪3日內交款，否則曝光內幕。韓也電告汪自己失去聯絡且有人跟蹤他。汪要韓留下地址，不要多疑。"古惑成"依汪所給地址來與韓交易時，卻死在汪所派殺手的刀下，而殺手的下一個目標便是韓。此時，汪為取迴文件，又布下了天羅地網。
